     A. Healthy hair. High heat from most heating tools shock, burn and dry out your hair, damaging the hair. Also because the hair is removed before it cools the curling process never completes. That's why most styles don't last long.

      A. Crazy Curls Heat Shield Pockets require very little maintenance. Just wipe down with a clean damp cloth. If product build up occurs you may use a light soap, being sure to end with clean damp cloth to remove any soap residue.

6.) Q. How do I get the best results from my Heat Shield Pockets?

     A. Start with clean, dry, untangled hair. Use a small amount of serum to steam in the pocket and help lock in the curls.

7.) Q. What if I don't heat my pockets enough?

      A. If you don't heat your pockets enough you may not get the results you're after. Easily fixed by simply twirling your hair back into pocket and heat again.

 

8.) Q. Will Crazy Curls Heat Shield Pockets work with all types and length of hair?

      A. Yes, Crazy Curls HSP will work on all hair types, even hair extensions. You just need to find your niche by going to (Tips, Techniques and Testimonies.) Generally, you need at least three inches of hair to twril into a curl properly.

9.) Q. Will Crazy Curls work without the heat of the flat Iron? 

      A. Yes, start with damp hair and allow it dry in pocket. The curls without the heat don't seem to have the same lasting effects, so you may need to use a styling gel or hairspray.

10.) Q. ARE THERE ADDITIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS?

       A. Custom charges are regulated by your government based upon the value of the product. International customers are responsible for all custom fees associated to their order. If the customer rejects the package they will incur and "rejection fee" to forward the package back to our headquarters. Once the package is returned and received by our shipping department we will notify you via email when a refund has been issued. 

 

11.) Q. HOW LONG DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAKE? 

          A. Typically International Shipping can take anywhere from 5-20 business days dependent on the country. Please also take into account customs clearance as well.
