Duaine Neill, Partner

I have to make stuff about Duaine, because over and over I asked him what he would like to say here and he would never get back to me, so here goes.

Outside of being a partner at Crazy Curls he very much likes to wrestle alligators, and bungee jump off 50 foot cliffs. He claims his most exciting moments come when he’s bungee jumping while wrestling an alligator. That doesn’t mean he’s good at either, as he has endured many scars and broken bones in the process.

I have always been a family orientated person, so when I started Crazy Curls LLC I integrated or (coerced) my family into the mix.

My oldest son Duaine saw the full potential of Crazy Curls right from the get-go and soon became a partner. With his business savvy and foresight, he was always coming up with great ideas to help speed up the process. My middle son Deric hung our ceiling fans and in Arizona with machines and steam irons going all day they were much needed. Then my youngest son Clint built our incredible cabinetry for the factory, giving us all the space we needed to stash whatever goodies we desired in our own section.

But I didn’t stop there, I needed help putting together my product, I was out of sons but I had amazing and willing daughter-in-law’s and a dedicated granddaughter to pick from. I started with daughter-in-law Tabitha, (Lead Pocket Maker.) She and I sewed ourselves silly, and in the beginning process we fell in pits and smoothed out many bumps in the road. Tabitha is always coming up with some great ideas, which usually come to her during the long sewing process, where she's almost nodding out. But whatever works, her ideas have made things run smoother. She also keeps the factory in laughter with her constant witty responses to everything said, keeping the work force lightened up.

Then came (daughter-in-law) Jennifer (Personal Assistant.) She was a huge help in turning Crazy Curls into an efficiently run business. Jennifer has one of those analytic minds. She's always plotting and calculating how to improve something. She helped design a product that made the beginning steps faster and easier.  She's also my go to gal from setting up and keeping the books, to doing whatever I don’t want to (or can't) do. But with her proficiently run programs I seem to always be getting into trouble.

Yasinya, my beautiful granddaughter came on board not only doing finish sewing and becoming Lead Production Anchor, but she also became the stunning model for the product, alongside my other good-looking daughter-in-law KC whose gorgeous face and long blonde hair is also featured on product label and website.

Then there's my soulmate Scott. He wanted to help out from the beginning but with his ‘Bull in a China Shop’ ways, I just couldn’t figure out which job would best suit him. But then we found his niche in cutting. He zipped through three hundred yards of fabric in nothing flat, awarding him the title of Lead Cutter.

And let's not forget about Elly, our own Crazy Curls mascot and founder of the 'Bring your child to work program.' Elly is Crazy Curls most adorable little model who comes with attitude. She's always willing to give a big smile and a dynamite pose to show off her pretty blonde Crazy Curls hairdo.

Jennifer Daniel, Personal Assistant

I've been part of the team since day one when I had to listen to Cathy for a week straight about, "The Crazy Curls dreams,” she was having.

It has been a joy helping to develop Crazy Curls. I've always had issues with my hair so being able to explain and show my issues, then have that incorporated into a hair styling product that works has been amazing.

With two kids I don't have time to spare in the bathroom trying to get my hair to do what I want it to do. My hair has always had a mind of its own anyway so no matter how long it took me trying to fix it, it didn't exactly work out.

With Crazy Curls, I can be in and out of the hair styling process in ten minutes, and with hair that actually does what I ask of it.

Tabitha Peterson, Lead Pocket Maker

Even on the job Tabitha's competitive spirit kicks in, which brought her to discover a new stitch, making pocket making faster. She would have totally out sewn everyone if her sense of team player hadn't kicked in and she shared her discovery with us all. I'm sure she's working on other ways to be better, with Tabitha that's never ending.

Yasinya Peterson, Lead Production Anchor

I seem to be running constantly between school, theater, work and volunteering.

I really like my job at Crazy Curls because it allows me to work in between my busy schedule with flexible hours.

I don’t seem to ever have enough time to curl my hair, but with Crazy Curls I can twirl in a few fast curls and be off in record time.

Scott Foster, Lead Cutter

Scott’s a first class tinkerer. Besides being the lead cutter he’s more than willing to take on any mediocre job we ask of him. From sharpening our scissors to attempting to fix anything that we break, no matter how many hours it takes him.

Elly, Crazy Curls Mascot

Elly says she likes Crazy Curls because it's fast and doesn't tangle. She also wants to point out that she likes Pink and Purple very much.
